I discovered the method to add the SSL certificate.

SSL certificate and key management > Manage endpoint security configurations > RBAPRSAMCON01-DSSCCell > Key stores and certificates > CellDefaultKeyStore > Signer certificates

Then do a Retrieve Port and/or import the DER file. Yet another example where the documentation is just plain wrong...
